Phil is now (mostly) retired. Among his many accomplishments over the years:
Represented lawyer who self-reported sex with a client. Following successful completion of diversion contract, matter was dismissed (2011). Obtained dismissal of bar grievances against partners in national law firms (2009, 2010). Obtained two orders of partial summary judgment in a contract dispute in Sea-Tac Air Cargo Limited Partnership - Transiplex (Seattle), Inc. v. Port of Seattle, King County Superior Court No. 05-2-28089-1 (Dec. 12, 2009), affirmed, Wash. Court of Appeals, 62600-1-I (June 7, 2010). Obtained (1) a reversal of the trial court's order of specific performance of a commercial real estate agreement, and (2) attorney's fees in Uznay v. Bevis, 139 Wn. App. 359 (Div. I 2007).
