Professional Practice

A second-generation Lawyer in her family, Ms. Loucks grew up working in law offices throughout her life.  During law school, Ms. Loucks was proud to intern at the International Criminal Justice Law Clinic where she advocated for human rights.  Her accomplishments there include multiple publications and briefing  that was submitted to the United States Supreme Court on international human rights issues.

Also in Law School, Ms. Loucks was a research assistant for professors Speedy Rice and Mary Pat Treuthart.  Ms. Loucks excelled in trial advocacy and was a member of the Moot Court Council, and the National Appellate Advocacy Team. Ms. Loucks was also President of the Gonzaga University Chapter of Amnesty International, and Vice President of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity.

Upon completion of law school in May 2002, Ms. Loucks interned at both The Loucks Law Firm and at Hackett, Beecher & Hart.  Upon passage of the bar that same year, Ms. Loucks joined Loucks Law Firm, where she acquired a general knowledge of civil and appellate practice.  In 2004, Ms. Loucks completed her 40-hour mediation training; an asset she uses in legal practice every day.

In October 2005, Ms. Loucks was proud to join Hackett, Beecher & Hart as an Associate.  At HBH, she focuses on civil litigation, personal injury and insurance law.  Anne is currently admitted to practice in Washington State, and in the Western District of Washington.
